Oluşturulan defteri GİB'e gönderir.

Yanıt alanları:

Alan	Açıklama
`Content`	İşlem sonucu mesajı (`GİB' e dosya gönderme başarılı`).

Hata yönetimi: Hatalar SOAP Fault olarak dönmez. Hata durumunda normal yanıt döner ve ERROR bloğu dolu gelir; her yanıtta önce ERROR bloğu kontrol edilmelidir.

`SESSION_ID`	`text`	Evet	Kimlik doğrulama servisi (AuthenticationWS) Login metodundan alınan oturum bilgisi. Tüm metotlarda zorunludur.
