SMS Doğrulama Kodunu Doğrulama (VerifySmsCode)

SendSmsCode operasyonu ile müstahsilin telefonuna gönderilen SMS kodunu, telefon numarası ile birlikte doğrulayan servistir.
Başarılı doğrulamada yanıttaki STATUS değeri VERIFIED döner.
Doğrulama yanıtındaki telefon numarası, SMS kodu ve SMS sağlayıcı bilgileri e-Müstahsil Makbuzunun UBL-TR içeriğine eklenerek SendCreditNote operasyonu ile gönderilir.

`CODE`	Doğrulanan SMS kodu.
